All units are constructed of Grade A 500 steel. FASTEEL’s revolutionary patented designs are state of the art such as the Pipe Helical System, ULTrA Bracket, Titan HDP pier and the Fas-Flo Waterproofing system. FASTEEL’s steel piers have many advantages over our competitors, due to the quality of materials used, such as the pipe gauge, thickness bracket design, and wall thickness & design. FASTEEL systems expertise can solve even the most complicated foundation problems. Common steel pier designs are usually 2 7/8” or 3 ½” but FASTEEL can manufacture systems up to 18” in diameter.

FASTEEL steel piers have a usage life of 50 years installed (as rated by the Army Corps of Engineers), and a warranted life of 30 years. Every 100th piece of material is placed in a materials testing machine for testing to ensure they are consistently placing a good product into the field and to make sure there are no bad runs of material from the mill.
