Richard Jenkins- Office Manager
Richard runs the day to day operations of the office and oversees each job is properly permitted. He is responsible for making sure your property is fully permitted and any and all inspectors are sent to your property. He also contacts the utility companies, engineers and insurance companies to inform them we will be doing the work on your property. Richard acts as the liaison between the workers and jobsite, as well as, keeping in touch with the home owner to make sure every job is operating efficiently.
Lastly, he sets up the final walk through with the proper officials and home owners and gets the engineering certificate.
Before Joining Champion Foundation, Richard was enlisted in the United States Army where he served honorably for 14 years. Richard was a key member of a Brigade PAC office. Responsibilities included maintaining six hundred fifty seven supervised soldiers’ records including: evaluation and performance appraisals, salary increases, leave forms, direct deposits, citizenship paperwork, and maintained daily & monthly inventory records. Directly responsible for over 6 million dollars worth of military combat equipment, computers, and other technology.
